Job Title : Registered Architect – Public Sector Focus

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Ohio (In-person)

Salary : $100,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Overview :

A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Architect (RA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design , including projects for public entities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is well-versed in Ohio codes and design processes, with strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead design and documentation for public sector projects.

Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD , Revit , and Microsoft Office tools.

Perform QA / QC reviews to ensure design quality and constructability.

Ensure compliance with State of Ohio design guidelines and current Ohio Building Codes .

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, clients, and internal teams.

Support or lead construction administration efforts as needed.

Required Qualifications :

Registered Architect (RA) licensed in Ohio .

Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience .

Proven experience with public sector projects .

Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong understanding of constructability and current building codes.
