About this role

Carrier is looking for Computer Engineering / Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or other Information Technology majors with demonstrated leadership ability and strong academic performance to join our Digital Technology Leadership Program! The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) offers graduates an opportunity to deliver real results in the areas of business process, infrastructure, and product development, through 3 eight-month rotations across Carrier business units.

Our commitment to you is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and accelerate your professional development. In addition to the hands-on experience gained through the rotation assignments, Associates will receive high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from leading Carrier executives, current DTLP Associates, and DTLP alumni, in order to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

During the candidate's time in the program, rotational assignments are available in Digital Technology’s departments throughout Refrigeration, Commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, and Carrier Corporate Functions. Our dedication to you is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and improve your learning.

Each Associate will have the opportunity to experience different functional rotations within 3 of the following areas : AI / ML, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Analytics, Digital Products & Design, Enterprise Business Systems, Networking & Infrastructure Services, Product Management, Project & Program Management, and Software Development. Rotations will be located and assigned throughout the program in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Atlanta, GA.
