Lofton Staffing is currently looking for a CSR to fill an opening with a busy medical billing team in Baton Rouge.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep.

  • Answering phones
  • Assist patients with billing issues

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8a-4 : 30p

Compensation : $15 per hour

Requirements :

Requirements of the CSR

  • Must have a minimum of 2-5 years CSR
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in medical billing
  • EPIC experience a huge plus!
