Compensation- Total compensation potential : Up to $150,000 annually, including base salary and incentive compensation.

Responsibilities :
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
In This Role, You Will :
Speak with warm inbound leads — no cold callingQualify prospective clients and guide them through our intake processFollow up with people who reached out but haven’t yet scheduledCommunicate the value of our legal services with clarity and compassionDocument and manage leads using our CRMCollaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth handoffsQualifications :
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM softwareGreat time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbalProven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related fieldHigh school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferredPossess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by carYou're a Strong Fit If You :
