Job Purpose : The Mobile Applications Developer is responsible for the overall success of each project assigned. They will implement computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems and designing and testing standards and solutions. This role will develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. Additionally, this position will work closely with other departments to make sure each project is performed with quality, professionalism, and completed in a timely manner.

Essential Job Duties :

• Analyzes and documents client business requirements, as well as processes and communicates requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models
• Design and build applications for the iOS or Android platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Maintain positive rapport with all clients
• Gather requirements and provide accurate and realistic project milestones and timelines for completion
• Successfully perform any coding tests or challenges as required
• Maintain open communication via phone, text, and email on a daily basis
• Complete daily project progress summaries
• Suggest new features and expansions of existing apps to improve performance and usability
• Deliver on time as discussed and clearly communicate any changes in deadlines as soon as possible
• Documents and creates system specifications from user requirements
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance
• Demonstrates compliance with HIPAA regulations, professional conduct, and ethical practice
• Works to encourage and promote Company culture throughout the organization
