Greeting and directing all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answering and routing incoming calls efficiently.

Assisting with resident funds and related transactions.

Supporting new resident registration.

Providing administrative assistance to business office, human resources, and medical records.

Running occasional external errands to the post office or bank.

Performing clerical duties including filing, typing, faxing, and copying.

Qualifications for the Front Desk Receptionist :

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare environment preferred.
