As an Actuator Technician you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and replacing actuators on valves to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment. Actuator Technician Responsibilities :

• The Actuator Technician will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and replacing actuators on valves to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with valve actuators
• Repair and replace actuators on various types of valves
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on actuators and equipment
• Ensure all repairs and replacements meet safety and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Assist in the installation of new actuators and related control systems
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Actuator Technician Qualifications :

Proven experience in actuator repair and maintenance

Knowledge of valve systems and control mechanisms

Ability to read technical drawings and manuals

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and safety consciousness
