Number of Beds – 3 Cath / EP / Hybrid / Structural Heart rooms

Number of Staff – 3 per room

Type of staff : RNs and Rad Techs

Day Shift – 6 : 30 : 5 : 00

Night Shift – on call only

Patient Ratios – 3 per case

Type of equipment – GE and Philips labs, Mac Lab / Cardiolab

EMR - Meditech

Typical Procedures :

Left / Right heart caths, angioplasty / stent; IVUS, ICE, atherectomy

Atrial Fib Ablations, Micra's ICDs, PM, Lead extraction

Structural Heart : TAVR, TMVR, Tricuspid, LAAC (Watchman) PFO / ASD

Floating : May assist in the Pre / Post care area called Cardiovascular Observation Unit

Weekends / Call : 1 Weekend / Month, 1 night call per week

Must Haves : - An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of Cath Lab RN experience in an acute hospital setting - Cath Lab Circulating experience - CA RN License - BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certifications Preferred or Nice to Have : - Mac Lab / Cardiolab experience - MediTech Experience - Travel Experience
