Veterinary Client Service Representative / Pet Concierge

Schedule : 4-day, 10-hour shifts (7 : 45 AM – 6 : 15 PM) Includes a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

Location : Thrive Round Rock 603 Louis Henna Blvd 190 STE 190, Round Rock, TX

Are you passionate about animals and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in delivering a positive experience for both pet owners and their furry family members.

Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and provide accurate invoices
• Maintain up-to-date client and patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients to relay important medical and care information
• Assist with front desk operations including filing, restocking, and maintaining a clean lobby
• Provide empathetic and calm support during urgent or emotional situations
• Other tasks as assigned

Thrive Round Rock offers primary and urgent care services. Our hospital team includes tenured veterinarians, nursing staff, and compassionate front office team members to ensure your clients and patients are getting the best in veterinary medicine care.

Primary Care : Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Urgent Care : Monday-Saturday 1pm-10pm
