Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process of New Millennium Academy (NMA).
This position ensures that all candidates, from classroom teachers to support staff, have a positive, professional, and mission-driven experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination Support the full-cycle recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms (school website, job boards, university career centers, etc.) and proactively refresh listings to maintain visibility.
Track applicant progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely updates for all candidates.
Assist with pre-screening applicants and conducting reference checks as needed.
Coordinate the offer letter process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and sent to candidates in a timely manner.
Candidate Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and responsive candidate experience.
Provide clear communication and timely follow-ups throughout the interview and hiring process, serving as an ambassador for the school.
Coordinate interview logistics, including candidate travel arrangements, virtual meetings, and panel interviews.
Educate candidates on NMA's standards-based education complemented by a Hmong secondary language curriculum, ensuring candidates understand the school's core programs and commitment to cultural responsiveness.
Administrative, Compliance & Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports in the ATS, including candidate demographics and Hiring Flow metrics.
Support compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations, including executing essential pre-employment requirements such as background checks, fingerprinting, and credential verification processes.
Assist in preparing recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and diversity reports for leadership review.
Manage the digital and physical organization of all personnel and recruitment files with strict attention to confidentiality.
Outreach, Branding & Community Engagement Support recruitment marketing efforts, such as social media posts, career fair materials, and email campaigns.
Coordinate logistics for local and national job fairs, recruiting events, and campus visits.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with teacher preparation programs and local community partners.
Actively promote New Millennium Academy's mission as a unique employer of choice.
Team Collaboration Work closely with school leaders, HR partners, and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment on staffing needs and priorities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR / Talent team as needed.
