We are looking for a paralegal who is passionate about solving the legal challenges for a fast-growing company in the technology sector.

As a Paralegal at DigitalOcean, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing and AI. This role would provide flexible support in key areas where the Legal Department needs additional bandwidth. The paralegal will work under the supervision of the Legal Ops Manager / Corporate Paralegal and collaborate closely with other members of the Legal Department.

What You'll Do :

• Assist with AI governance by maintaining policies, tracking compliance, and coordinating records.
• Support litigation by managing documents, coordinating with outside counsel and issuing and tracking litigation holds.
• Provide IP support, including portfolio tracking and coordination with outside counsel on filings.
• Provide administrative and documentation support for product legal workstreams.
• Assist with privacy legal matters in collaboration with Privacy Program Manager.
• Provide entity and corporate support (e.g. assisting with deadlines, maintaining records) as directed.
