Role Overview :
Seeking a UI / UX Engineer to design, develop, and optimize user-centric web interfaces that improve digital experience and meet business goals. The role blends visual design, front-end development, and analytics-driven decision making to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant web properties.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business analysts and content stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user-centered designs and functional UI deliverables.
Participate in core team forums and provide regular updates on work progress.
Own end-to-end design alignment and ensure seamless integration with other functional areas.
Translate UI / UX designs into responsive web interfaces that meet project goals and timelines.
Work with technical leads to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
Implement and maintain analytics / tracking (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar / Mixpanel) and use metrics to inform UX improvements.
Conduct A / B testing and generate reports / insights to improve engagement, retention, accessibility, SEO, and site speed.
Mentor junior team members as needed.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years in UI / UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar).
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio) and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with CMS platforms, version control (Git / GitHub), Agile methodologies, and dashboarding / data visualization.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with A / B testing platforms and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar user-behavior tools.
