job_description.job_card.job_description10+ years of experience in commercial credit or portfolio management Bachelors degree required; preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Proficiency in financial analysis, including global cash flow and credit risk evaluation Experience preparing credit packages and pricing models Familiarity with commercial lending structures, loan covenants, and underwriting standards Evaluate loan requests and perform risk assessments for commercial borrowers and prospects Partner with Relationship Managers to gather client data, analyze financials, and structure credit solutions Conduct financial spreads, narrative preparation, and loan pricing analyses Complete credit presentations and coordinate loan closings and renewals Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring, including annual reviews and covenant compliance Stay informed on industry trends and sector-specific risks Ensure timely and accurate collection of financial documentation and compliance with internal policies
