Position : Patient Service Specialist

Location : Matthews NC

Type of Employment : Full-time

Schedule : Monday / Wednesday / Friday (7am to 4pm) & Tuesday / Thursday (9am to 6pm)

Compensation : Starting at $16 / hour (pending experience)

When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center in Matthews we want them to have an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. Thats where you come in. As a patient service specialist youll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. Dont underestimate the impact you can make on every patients care experience even before they leave the waiting room.
