Job Description :
The Senior Service Center Manager (SSCM) works with the Director of Facilities and Operations managing twenty-five locations across the Unites States. The SSCM provides oversight to multiple supervisors and a large staff managing all facilities, firm logistics, firm copy centers, copy projects, delivery services, and access control. Additionally, the SSCM manages and plays a vital role in vendor contract negotiations and departmental budgeting. The SSCM is required to routinely manage complex tasks with time sensitive deadlines while ensuring the highest quality results are met.
Minimum Qualifications :
Batchelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or five years of experience serving in office management or administrative leadership roles.
Ability to travel out of state three to five days a month.
Essential Job Functions :
- Vendor Management - Manages external contractors and vendors performing various services.
- Process Improvement - Develops processes for Service Center operations focused on streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
- Knowledge Management - Creates and maintains systems for managing and sharing Facility knowledge. Ensure supporting staff are trained and aware of Firm protocols.
- Project Management - Manages production projects, coordinates with department managers to ensure timely completion. Assists with facility-related projects, such as renovations or construction buildouts. Manages both large and small moves, office furniture, and storage facilities.
- Supervising Staff – Leads and manages the Departments supervisory team of other support staff.
- Budget Management -Participates in creating the Facilities Department annual operational budget.
- Ensuring Safety and Security – Implements and maintains safety protocols, emergency preparedness procedures, and manages the access control platform across all locations.
- Space Management - Works with Director and Regional Managers on space allocation, planning, and utilization.
- Maintenance Management – Oversees the maintenance and repair of office equipment and infrastructure.
- Communication and Reporting - Effectively communicates with internal departments, vendors, and senior management.

Prior experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.General knowledge of HR procedures related to employee onboarding and conducting yearly performance reviews.Demonstrated ability to self-supervise.Experience managing vendor contractual agreements.Strong interpersonal skill with demonstrated experience managing difficult time sensitive situations professionally.Experience managing a staff dispersed over a large area of operation.Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.Proficiency in technology and software : Familiarity with Computer hardware and printers / copiers; Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.Project management skills : Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related field a plus.Position Benefits :
