We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Customer Service Representative to join our small yet dynamic team in a rapidly growing e-commerce company. As the Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping to maintain and manage our clientele services and relationships. We pride on going above and beyond for everyone we interact with so the ideal candidate will share the same sentiment. You will also work closely with Senior Leaders, Ops, IT, and HR to ensure smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate for this position will have furniture experience especially in containers and operations flow. This individual will work closely with operations as well in hopes to take on some operational responsibility.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Process large bulk container orders including shipping paperwork and detailsDeliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, online chat, & social mediaReceive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, order tracking, issue resolution, and general informationResolve post-order issues such as returns, replacements, delivery status and back ordersPartner with operations dailyProactively provide solutionsRequirements :
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :
