Reentry Program

The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Investment Banking : Provides strategic advice, capital raising and risk management to corporations, governments and institutions worldwide through a suite of services including M&A, advisory, equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and structured products.

Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and / or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and / or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
