WHY WORK HERE
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
This opportunity provides clinical variety without sacrificing structure or support. You will split your time between adult Acute Care and dedicated one-hour Outpatient visits, allowing you to work with patients at different stages of recovery. The therapy department is experienced, steady, and full of clinicians who genuinely enjoy working together.
Leadership focuses on helping each therapist feel confident, prepared, and part of a shared mission. SLPs in this role appreciate having the autonomy to practice at the top of their license, yet still feel encouraged and backed by a team that communicates well and celebrates small wins together. You will have access to specialized programs, strong physician relationships, and a culture that values kindness, accountability, and humor.
This is a strong fit for the SLP who wants professional respect, clinical challenge, and long-term stability.
