SUMMARY

The Las Vegas Desert Dogs and San Diego Seals are members of the 14-team National Lacrosse League (NLL). Joe Tsai, a former lacrosse player and avid fan of the game, is the governor of both franchises.  We are looking for a talented Director of Business Intelligence & Data Infrastructure to service both teams. Both teams play 9 home games in each market respectively (Las Vegas & San Diego) and have a team of sales executives selling tickets, sponsorship, marketing, merchandise, and camps & clinics. This position will work in a cross-departmental role to administer, maintain, and troubleshoot both teams CRM / Database and email automation campaigns, as well as build out strategies to contribute to the success of the sales team to increase ticket sales revenue.

Applicants should have.

• 6 – 8 Years of Experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field. Master’s Degree Preferred.
• High-Level proficiency in Hubspot / CRM, Tableau Dashboards / SQL, Email Automation execution; Agilitek FDP experience a plus.
