Respond as first point of contact for high-volume incoming phone calls; direct inquiries to the appropriate team member and handle outbound correspondence when necessaryGreet visitors immediately upon arrival in a welcoming and professional mannerManage interview and new hire schedules for the office and ensure confirmation emails have been sentAdminister applicable preliminary and new hire paperwork professionally and accuratelyProcess and verify onboarding information / paperwork in a manner that is consistent and compliant with Varner proceduresOversee and proctor testing according to applicable customer-specific requirementsAdminister on-site drug tests for prospective employees and coordinate appointments for lab testingConduct background checks and professional reference checks on select candidatesProduce specified reporting information in a timely, compliant manner that meets applicable deadlinesScreen resumes sent to our administrative inbox and forward to appropriate team memberAssist with maintaining job postings and reviewing online applicationsParticipate in goals to screen and schedule prospective candidates; primarily by learning to utilize incoming calls from job seekersMaintain branch inventory by tracking supply needs and submitting orders through approved vendorInput data and information into HRIS tools for tracking and reporting purposesAttend office meetings and scheduled eventsParticipate in continuing education opportunities led by internal Training and Development teamComplete additional projects as needed and other duties as assignedEducation / Experience Requirements :
