How you will create an impact

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Manager to lead our technology initiatives, oversee technical teams, and drive innovation while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, including developers, engineers, and analysts

• Create and maintain technology budgets and resource allocation
