Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.

The Opportunity

As part of the Sourcing and Procurement team you engage in procurement operations and strategic sourcing initiatives across various sectors. As a Senior Associate, you analyse complex problems, mentor others, and uphold professional standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

The salary range for this position is : $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
