Greet and engage clients via phone, email, and in-personUnderstand client needs and propose signage solutionsPrepare accurate quotes and manage job tickets through to productionCoordinate with our design and production team to ensure jobs meet specs and deadlinesBuild strong relationships that turn one-time customers into repeat businessIdeal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative :
2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentOutgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationshipsGreat listening and organization skillsAbility to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality workDo you enjoy working with people?
