As a Compensation Business Analyst Specialist you will be working with the Business Project Manager Compensation in our Retirement Services organization.

About The Role

As a Business Analyst Specialist in the Compensation Department for Corebridge Financial you will be responsible for working alongside other talented highly motivated individuals committed to supporting our captive sales force field management wholesalers and other key producers. We believe that our success depends on building a world class team.
