• Experience with managed care and / or value-based practice
• Focuses on primary care and transitional care support for our highest-need patientsin their homes.
• Serve as formal manager doing regular performance reviews andcheck-ins, approving paid-time-off requests, and managing miscellaneous human resourcetopics for providers in the market
• A passion for the geriatric population, low-income patients and amotivation to be a part of a fast-growing organization
