This is a 4-month contract position with potential for contract-to-hire.
Hybrid : Monday thru Thursday onsite (Alameda, free parking), Friday is remote
Responsibilities : complex calendar management, project management, and tech savvy.
- Provide advanced calendar management for executives using Outlook, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate and manage complex projects, anticipating needs, sequencing tasks, and ensuring timely execution to support organizational goals.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for communication, responding promptly to inquiries and managing confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with administrative duties such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and maintaining documentation to support executive activities.
- Utilize technology tools, including Outlook and Office 365, to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements :
Minimum of 7 years of executive assistant or senior associate experience in public or private organizations.Proven expertise in managing complex Outlook calendars with a high level of accuracy and organization.Strong project management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and manage tasks effectively.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of Outlook and related technology tools.
