Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist CWR

Location : Plainfield NJ 07060

Duration : 24 Weeks

Schedule : Part-Time 24 Hours / Week 8 Hours / Day 3 Days / Week

Shift Timing : 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM

Work Days : Monday Tuesday Thursday Two Wednesdays per month (as needed)

Weekend Requirement : One Saturday per month

Pay Rate : $55 - $58 / hr

Position Summary :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nuclear Medicine Technologist CWR for an exciting job in Plainfield NJ.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate nuclear medicine equipment safely and accurately

Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals

Perform radionuclide procedures including organ imaging and function studies

Assist physicians with therapeutic use of radioisotopes

Evaluate and verify images using the PACS system

Rotate assignments in Cardiology and PET / CT as required

Greet and care for patients using A.I.D.E.T. communication standards

Provide patient-centered care tailored to age culture language and special needs

Adhere to organizational policies regarding competencies attendance and professional conduct

Perform overtime as needed to maintain high-quality patient care

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Experience with cardiac nuclear stress testing

Familiarity with Nuctrac EPIC ISCV Philips reporting systems and Digirad cameras

Ability to start IVs

Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills

Education Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology Required

Certifications & Licensure :

Valid NJDEP License Required

ARRT or NMTCB Registry Required

BLS (American Heart Association) Required
