As Head Of Grocery (gn), you are responsible for expanding strong trade partnerships and the strategic development of our brands in the LEH. With your experience in the FMCG environment and your sense for market and customer trends, you actively drive the growth of ESN and More Nutrition.

Build Strong Partnerships
- You nurture and build trusting relationships with our most important retail partners and understand what truly motivates them
- Together with internal departments, you develop tailored strategies and concepts to achieve ambitious growth goals
- You act as an equal partner with negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and deep market understanding
- You manage internal and external stakeholders such as operations and brand managers
Design Strategic Brand & Account Plans
You use market and customer data to develop holistic account plans that connect company goals and commercial brand plans with customer needsWith data-driven decisions, you ensure that resources are optimally utilized and market potentials are fully exploitedYou monitor trends and shopper behavior to adapt strategies agilely and position our brands for long-term successThe distribution channel is the largest growth market for TQG you actively shape the home market and act as a role model for internationalizationLead A Strong Team
You lead, develop, and inspire your growing team of at least 8 people with a clear vision, empathy, and leadership qualitiesYou promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of responsibility and developmentYour goal : A motivated, high-performing team that passionately designs innovative solutions and grows togetherShow Negotiation Skills
You conduct complex price and condition negotiations with the big players in the German trade (REWE, EDEKA, RTG)You develop price and promotion strategies that meet market requirements and company goalsEven in an international context, you confidently bring your negotiation skills into playMeasure And Improve Results
You define clear KPIs and use data to make performance visible and identify optimization potentialYou continuously refine our account management approaches and adapt strategies to market dynamicsYou foster a culture of openness, flexibility, and continuous improvementYour Experience & Skills
You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable fieldYou bring at least 10 years of experience in key account management or sales management with at least 3 years in a leading positionYou have demonstrable successes in the FMCG sector, ideally in the food segmentYou have extensive experience in classical retail (LEH) especially with REWE, EDEKA, and RTGYou have experience in leading and developing high-performance teams and enjoy taking responsibilityYou communicate confidently in German and EnglishYou work routinely with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPointYou have in-depth knowledge of category management, trade marketing, and commercial planningNice to have : knowledge of GS1 and GAP training (or comparable certifications)You are characterized by analytical acumen and data-based decision-makingWhy Us?
