Car Buying Field Specialist

Join AAA to lead and expand our vehicle dealer and repair partner networks across Southern California. This role combines relationship management, program oversight, and strategic growth to ensure high-quality service and member satisfaction.

What you'll do :

• Manage and grow a network of ~50 vehicle dealers, expanding into underserved areas.
• Serve as liaison between dealers and members, supporting vehicle purchases, discounts, and warranty options.
• Promote and support AAA's Approved Auto Repair (AAR) and Approved Dealer Repair (ADR) programs.
• Coordinate with Enterprise and other partners on used car sales events and promotional activities.
• Monitor dealer performance and compliance through regular reporting and site visits.
• Resolve member concerns and ensure service quality across all partner facilities.
• Train and consult with facilities to maintain AAA standards and implement value-added programs.
• Support marketing compliance and co-branding efforts with approved facilities.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance member experience and satisfaction.

Travel expectation : ~70% field travel, including 13 overnights per week.

Qualifications :

The starting pay range for this position is :

$67,600.00 - $90,000.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
