Job Description
The Division of Capital Assets (DCA) manages Capitol Complex Facilities Management (CCF) and State Fleet Management (SFM) which provide leased building space, facility management, building security and identification programs, employee parking, ceremonial flag requests and special event permits for the public, vehicle call center, short-term vehicle rentals (Motor Pool), and vehicle acquisition and lifecycle management. Labor, Trades and Crafts I This position assists the Capitol Complex Management Team in managing and maintaining the operations of 18 state-owned buildings, seven parking lots, and one parking structure. This includes directing all functions of approximately 2 million square feet of state owned office space, including the Executive Residence and 225 acres of landscape grounds. This position oversees the operations of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops.

Comparative Analysis Process The comparative analysis process for this position may consist of a structured application review and a structured interview.
