Pay Range : $42.00 $46.00 per hour on W2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collaborate with the engineering team to research and identify component failures to improve product yield and reliability.
Operate laboratory equipment for in-depth investigations as needed.
SCH capture and layout of simple PCBs and preparation of samples for analysis.
Perform chemical, physical, or electromechanical failure analysis.
Debug PCBA on returned products, determine failure causes, analyze reports, and recommend corrective actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Hands-on experience with micro-soldering.

Proficiency in using lab equipment like X-ray / CT, SEM / EDS, and optical microscopes.

Experience in embedded, database or Python programming.
