Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Valid nursing degree (ASN, BSN or higher) from an accredited institution

Certifications Requirements : Active BLS and ACLS certifications; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of current ICU experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements : Must possess a valid North Carolina nursing license or multi-state license, ability to work multiple shift schedules, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality ICU patient care in accordance with hospital policies and standards

Monitor patient conditions closely, interpret vital signs, and respond promptly to emergencies
