2. Must be a nurse for a minimum of 2 years, have worked as a nurse for those 2 years and have at least 2+ travel assignments prior to starting here

3. Familiar with Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab

5. What nurse to patient ratio are they familiar with working in LTC? We are at about a 1 / 17 for LTC about a 1 / 13 for Short Term Rehab for Days and PMs and night shift it is 1 nurse per unit - about a 1 / 28-30 ratio

6. How large are the facilities they are used to working (we have a 149 bed facility - 5 units - 4 LTC units and 1 Short term Rehab unit"
