Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic marketing support and insight to a portfolio of properties, collaborating with operational leadership to establish and execute marketing efforts. You will develop and implement innovative marketing plans and analyze performance data to ensure efficiency and success.

• Work closely with operational leadership to maintain successful property marketing efforts that support leasing for the assigned portfolio.
• Leverage centralized marketing team support, individual expertise, and vendor partners to develop and execute marketing plans for the portfolio.
• Analyze ongoing leasing and marketing performance and prepare performance data reports for operational leadership and clients.
• Recommend and oversee the execution of long-term and short-term goals with timelines, benchmarks, and KPIs using data to drive decisions.
• Participate in regularly scheduled calls with operational leadership and clients to review marketing performance.
• Provide leasing and marketing training and best practices to onsite teams.
• Create additional marketing ideas and campaigns for prospects, referrals, resident events, etc. to increase social media presence and drive qualified traffic to the communities.
• Create 30-60-90-day marketing action plans for properties not meeting occupancy goals.
• Present recommendations, ideas, and strategies to operations and ownership, illustrating pros, cons, risk, and reward.
• Travel required : estimated at 50% of work time annually for property visits, conferences, training, or other business activities.
