IT Technician
Pay Range : 60-65K
Location : Baton Rouge, TX

Requirements
- 4+ years of service desk or IT support experience (Tier 1 or higher)
- Experience with ITIL-based ticketing systems preferred
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Strong communication, follow-through, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote toolsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issuesLog and track all tickets, ensuring SLAs are metImage and deploy workstations and laptopsSupport corporate assets and escalate complex issues as neededCreate documentation and training for recurring incidents
