Air Comm is a well-established two-way radio and wireless communications service provider in the Phoenix, AZ area. Due to increasing customer demand, we are in need of multiple RF Bench Technicians to program, repair, and align two-way radios down to component level (primarily Motorola radios). This position would lend itself to a detail-oriented technician who enjoys the thrill of troubleshooting. The RF world is highly niched and Motorola Solutions owns a significant portion of the market. We are a Platinum dealer for Motorola.

Work Environment :
The LMR Programmer typically works in a combination of office, shop, and field environments. The role involves programming and testing two-way radios, repeaters, and related communication systems using a computer and diagnostic tools. Occasional travel to customer sites, towers, or remote locations may be required for field support and equipment deployment. The position may involve extended periods of computer use, as well as physical activity such as lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, or working in outdoor conditions. Collaboration with engineering, sales, and field technicians is frequent, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
