REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

MUST HAVE STRONG LIVER, HEART, LUNG & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MISONIX / CUSA.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PUTTING ORGANS BACK IN THE NEW PATIENT, NOT JUST HARVESTING.

Years of experience REQ : 2 years of direct LIVER / TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required

Certs REQ : ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month – Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Y

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8 / 10's
