Responsibilities

Processes invoices, manages vendor payments, and maintains financial records, ensuring bills are paid accurately and on time. Key duties include verifying invoices, reconciling invoices, preparing payment batches, and communicating with vendors about billing issues. The role also involves administrative tasks and supporting month-end closing procedures.
