Position Summary

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Harbinger, you will be a critical partner in our growth story. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring the brilliant engineering and technical minds that will drive our product from development to production and beyond. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will own the entire hiring process, from sourcing and strategy to closing top-tier candidates. You will be a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, a brand ambassador to candidates, and a key builder of our company culture.

What You'll Do

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the entire recruitment process for highly technical roles, including but not limited to Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Embedded Software, Battery Systems, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strategic Sourcing : Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates through online sourcing, networking, industry events, and referrals.
• Hiring Manager Partnership : Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, define role requirements, and build effective interview processes.
• Candidate Experience : Champion an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding, ensuring every applicant feels respected and valued.
• Talent Pipelining : Proactively identify and engage top talent for future roles, building a strong network within the EV, automotive, and hardware technology industries.
• Data-Driven Recruitment : Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruiting metrics, provide regular reports to stakeholders, and leverage data to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
• Closing & Negotiation : Manage the offer process, including crafting competitive offer packages, negotiating terms, and successfully closing candidates.
• Market Intelligence : Serve as an expert on the technical talent market, providing insights on industry trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence to guide our hiring strategy.

California Pay Range $100,000 - $120,000 USD
