Virtual Assistant

CANTIN DESIGN LLC] is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.  The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities :

• Answering and directing phone calls and emails Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings Preparing reports, memos, and other documents Performing basic bookkeeping tasks Researching and gathering information for projects Managing social media accounts and online presence Assisting with travel arrangements Providing general administrative support to the team Requirements : Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g.
