Manager, Brand Marketing
We are looking for a creative, talented, and passionate Manager, Brand Marketing to serve as the Brand Strategist for Color (Eye, Lip), Fragrance, & Holiday. Responsible for Core & New Product Launches, Consumer Journey, and 360 Marketing initiatives.
Marketing Strategy and Forecasting
- Manage the Fragrance, Lip, & Eye portfolio and lead category launches, including forecasting.
- Manage the Holiday program, from assortment development and forecasting through go-to-market strategy and post campaign analysis.
- Forecast and track business performance for key categories, measuring success of NPD and Core campaigns.
- Work closely with Global Product & Marketing teams to ensure proactive planning for 3-5 years out, analysing white-space opportunities as well as responding to market trends.
- Drive content updates for key categories and consumer facing brand pop ups.
- Create materials for internal and external meetings with stakeholders to present marketing programs (i.e., 360 activation plans, market meetings).
- Partner with Director of Brand Media to develop the brand media strategy around Eye, Lip, Fragrance & Holiday. Continually optimize budget spend and performance.
Category & Brand Reporting
Own monthly and quarterly NPD category reporting and analyses, including competitive commentary.Collaboration
Partner with all cross-functional teams to market and promote product launches and 360 brand initiatives (Digital, VM, Trade, PR, CT.com, Sales & Education, Finance). Lead x-functional task forces that guide the successful development and launch of consumer and brand programs.Manage key categories by assessing competitive landscape, liaising with Global and planning the execution of key consumer engagement initiatives.Develop briefs for Charlotte Tilbury Creative Agency, and cross-functional partners for product page assets, social content, collateral, event visuals exclusive packaging needs (i.e. Global Brand Marketing, Creative Agency, Global Product Development & Packaging).Reporting Relationships
