QualificationsEducation : Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration Business Management Engineering or IT. A masters degree is preferred for senior : A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven project management experience with at least 2 years in the public or non-profit sector. Experience with federal state or local agency projects is highly : A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is required.
