AP Specialist

Location : West Midtown, Atlanta, GA

On-site 4x / week (Monday–Thursday); Remote – Friday

Salary Range : $52,000-55,000 / year

Position Summary

We are a dynamic franchise management company overseeing a portfolio of multi-site locations across Georgia. Our team is passionate about operational excellence, financial integrity, and supporting the growth of our partners. We are seeking an AP Specialist to assist with AP operations across our franchise network. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, lease payments, and vendor transactions. The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of AP experience and eager to learn work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices weekly across multiple franchise locations.

Handle lease payments and vendor obligations for multi-site operations.

Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors.

Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company and IRS standards

Assist with 1099s and support year-end audit processes

Collaborate with accounting and operations teams

Support ACH, wire, and check payment processing with accuracy and timeliness

Assist with other accounting related duties Qualifications

1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience; open to entry level Accounting degree candidates with some AP experience

ERP Experience : (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, formulas, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
