Job Summary :

The primary role of the Sr. HR Data Analyst is to help Acrisure develop dashboards and analytics to inform strategic HR decision making using HR data. This position reports to the Manager of HR Data Analytics and is a key collaborator in developing and executing the analytics roadmap and delivering objective insights that drive continuous improvement. The core theme of his / her responsibilities is to collect compile and analyze HR data and whose data analysis expertise results in reliable information for stakeholders. Were looking for someone with an inquisitive mindset who loves working in the details and implementing improvements especially in a fast-paced complex environment and industry.

The role partners with HR Functional Team(s) to execute analytic plans in the following areas :

• Performance measures (Organizational Functional People)
• Efficiency and productivity measures (Organizational Functional People)
• Organizational health and culture measures
• Ad-hoc and special projects

Pay Details :

The base compensation range for this position is $90610 - $134849. This range reflects Acrisures good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications location and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
