Receptionist Position
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for inbound calls and for visitors to the Lakewood Store Support Center. In addition, this position provides general accounting support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Main Ingredients :
- In a friendly, professional and hospitable manner answers incoming calls and ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the Home Office location, company website and other related information
- Greets and announces visitors to the Home Office
- Opens, sorts and distributes the mail; date stamps invoices and prepares for pickup
- Performs a variety of clerical duties and accounts payable support activities such as :
- Audit store closeouts
- Reconcile daily paperwork from the stores
- Matching invoices to checks and verifying accuracy
- Sorting coupons
- Deposit check daily
- Maintaining vendor files and file rotation to the warehouse
- Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be "hands on" and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.
Recipe for Success :
