Key Responsibilities

• Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Identify analyze and eliminate process inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks to improve productivity and quality.
• Develop implement and sustain improvement projects that drive cost reduction cycle time reduction and enhanced product quality.
• Train mentor and coach employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and quantify the impact of improvement efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and foster a plant-wide culture of continuous improvement.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the manufacturing facility.
