Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant at our Brookfield, WI location. The Certified Medical Assistant will provide essential clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers, including assisting with patient care, preparing examination rooms, maintaining medical records, and ensuring smooth operations within the medical office. The successful candidate will deliver quality, compassionate care and serve as a critical liaison between patients, providers, and other medical staff.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience with Medical Office procedures and Medical Records management
• Strong commitment to Patient Care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) is required
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
