Job Duties

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' requirements and craft personalized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, person-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families : Provide education to clients and their families about therapy methods to encourage continuous progress in daily living
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments : Document clinical results and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure patients are on the right path
