  • As a member of our service technician team, you'll be responsible for developing, assisting, and maintaining the design of temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
  • Your role will include project planning, scheduling, start-up, checkout, turnover, training, and maintaining project documentation.

Pay Range :

  • $30 - $50 / hour Responsibilities :
  • Diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls through spot service
  • Perform TSA agreements according to Setpoint standards and procedures
  • Participate in periodic 24 / 7 emergency on-call service and warranty calls
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Assist with device requisitions and manpower scheduling
  • Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements
  • Promote upgrades to current systems
  • Occasional out-of-state travel to service customer sites Desired Qualifications :
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and / or :
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience and / or training
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-governing, detail-oriented, and versatile position
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative thinking Desired Candidate Characteristics : Motivated, trusting, free-thinker, loyal, detail-oriented, supportive, and eager to tackle challenges Preferred Credentials :
  • Building Automation experience
  • Delta Controls experience
  • Systems Integrator experience
  • HVAC service and maintenance experience Extensive product training will be provided and required.
