Research Scientist, Drug Discovery

A position is available as a research scientist in drug discovery / medicinal chemistry / chemical biology. Extensive knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry is essential. The candidate is expected to have experience in lead optimization, SAR analysis and drug design using computational chemistry. He / she will actively participate in a drug discovery programs and is expected to have a good understanding of in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic principles. Experience carrying out biological assays and cellular mechanistic experiments with potential therapeutic compounds would be a considerable qualified candidate will work on lead optimization of anti-cancer drugs based on non-competitive inhibition of protein kinases and on advancing novel compounds towards IND enabling studies.
